The Agency plan is a flat €599 per month for the platform. Usage across all of your client workspaces, and your own, bills at wholesale rates from the first unit: no bundled quotas, no cliffs, one consolidated invoice. The honest math

Four rules that keep the bill boring.

1 · We bill the average, not the peak

Usage is snapshotted daily and the invoice is computed on the monthly average. Spin up 50 extra hosts for a two-day migration and your bill barely notices. Monitoring vendors that bill high-water marks make you afraid of your own infrastructure. We would rather you use it.

2 · Sites are the unit where sites are the value

A dense box with one host and 400 sites is not the same workload as an empty VM, and pricing pretends otherwise everywhere else. Hosts and sites are separate, visible counters. Aliases and www variants fold into one site, and you see the exact list we count.

3 · Containers are grouped, never counted

Ephemeral containers are grouped by service and image. Autoscaling from 10 replicas to 80 during a sale changes your capacity, not your monitoring bill. A Kubernetes pod is not a billable object, and it never will be.

4 · A device is a device

A 48-port switch is one device. Not 48 sensors, not 96 metrics-as-line-items, one device. UPS units, printers and PDUs count the same way. Per-sensor pricing is how monitoring bills become famous, and we want no part of it.

What counts as a host?
A machine running the agent: bare metal, a VM, or a Kubernetes node. Hypervisor guests visible through the host's agent do not count separately unless they run their own agent.
What counts as a site?
A served website discovered on your hosts: an nginx or Apache vhost, or an IIS site. Aliases and the www variant fold into one site. The console shows the exact folded list, so the number is never a mystery.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. Three hosts and 25 sites are free permanently, with full discovery and dashboards. Paid plans add capacity, phone and SMS alerting, and the deeper modules quotas.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks. Monitoring continues, you get a notification, and the console shows the quota with an upgrade path. Without a card on file quotas are hard walls, and the free plan is never billed. With a card, usage beyond quota bills as overage on your monthly average. For voice calls only answered calls count, and a monthly spend limit you set is enforced on our side: when it runs out, calls stop and every other channel keeps working.
How exactly is the invoice computed?
Usage on every axis is snapshotted daily. The invoice takes the plan base plus overage computed on the monthly average of those snapshots. The invoice arrives 7 days before renewal, itemized, with the averages shown.
How do you charge for APM?
Per site with APM enabled, not per host and not per trace volume. You enable each site yourself with one click, and if the site goes beyond your plan quota the button shows the exact monthly price before you confirm. Starter includes 1 APM site, Pro includes 5, Business includes 20; extra sites cost €10 to €15 depending on plan. Nothing is ever added to the invoice without your explicit click.
Can I pay by invoice and wire transfer?
Card with automatic billing is the default on every paid plan. Wire transfer against a proforma invoice is available on Business and Agency by arrangement: the proforma arrives 7 days before each renewal, payable within 7 days.
Can I self-host Wakora?
The agent is source-available under the Elastic License 2.0 and runs on your machines. The backend is a managed EU-hosted service and does not ship as an on-prem product. Data residency is a region choice, EU at launch.
Do you offer a DPA?
Yes. The standard-form GDPR Article 28 DPA and the subprocessor register are published, signed, in the trust pack, open to everyone. Business and Agency customers get countersigned execution copies.
