Your brand on the console.
Our engine underneath.
You host and operate infrastructure for dozens of clients. Wakora for Agencies gives every one of them a monitoring console that looks and feels like yours: your domain, your logo, your pricing. We run the platform. You run the relationship.
Clients log into your product, not ours.
Your domain, your face
The console runs on your domain with your logo and colors. Status pages, reports and alert emails carry your brand. Wakora appears nowhere your client looks. And it speaks your client's language: 29 of them, every EU language included, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
Tenant isolation that holds
Every client is a separate tenant with its own users, roles, alerting rules and data boundary. Your engineers see everything through one agency view; each client sees only their world.
One honest exception
The agent binary stays Wakora-branded, and its source is public under the Elastic License 2.0. That is deliberate: when a client's security team audits what runs on their servers, they find a public, signed, readable engine. Your brand sells the service. The readable engine survives the audit.
Wholesale in. Retail out. No rev-share.
The agency plan is a flat platform fee plus wholesale pricing on every axis: hosts at €2.50, APM sites at €7, devices, status pages, logs, NetFlow and RUM — all from the first unit, no bundles. You decide what monitoring costs your clients, bundle it into your managed service or line-item it. Your margin is your business, and we never ask to see it.
| Axis | Wholesale | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Host | €2.50 /mo | A machine running the agent, monthly average. |
| APM site | €7 /mo | Per site with APM enabled, full tracing and profiling. |
| SNMP device | €2 /mo | A switch, UPS or router is one device. |
| Status page | €2 /mo | Published page, white-labeled on the client's domain. |
| Logs | €4 /mo | Per +5 GB/day block, monthly average. |
| NetFlow | €3 /mo | Per +5 GB/day block, monthly average. |
| RUM | €3 /mo | Per +25,000-session block, month's total. |
No bundled volume: every unit bills wholesale from the first one, across all client workspaces and your own. One consolidated invoice, monthly, on average usage.
Deal protection
A client you brought is yours, permanently. We do not market to them, we do not quote them, and if they come to us directly, we route them back to you.
Support stays tiered
You support your clients, because you know their environments. We support you, with the people who built the platform. No three-way support triangles.
Billing that scales down
Wholesale usage is metered on the monthly average, so onboarding a 60-host client mid-month costs what it should, not what a peak-day snapshot says.
Monitoring that feeds your pipeline.
Wakora finds the slow site, the N+1 query, the mail server with a bounce problem, the server three PHP versions behind. For an agency, every one of those findings is billable work. Attach your own service offers to finding types, and the console places a quiet, clearly-labeled card next to the evidence: your service, your link, your price.
Evidence first, offer second
The diagnosis is always fully visible for free, with the traces and graphs to back it. The offer only sells the hands. Dismissals are respected, one offer per page, no popups, no nagging.
Ethics, enforced by design
Offers can never touch alerting thresholds or exaggerate a finding. The monitoring tells the truth whether or not there is something to sell. That line is structural, and it protects your reputation as much as ours.
A client fleet in an afternoon.
Create the tenant
Name, branding, a team key. Two minutes in the agency view.
Roll out the agent
One command per host, or push it through the config management you already use. Discovery does the inventory for you.
Review what it found
Sites, services, databases, certificates, cron jobs, devices. Usually including a few things the previous monitoring never knew existed.
Wire the alerting
Escalation chain, on-call rotation, the client's channels. From that night on, incidents reach a human.
Built to pass security reviews you did not schedule.
Agencies inherit their clients' compliance burdens. Wakora ships the answers: a source-available agent whose behavior can be read rather than believed, secrets that never leave the client's servers, signed monitoring logic, EU data residency, GDPR alignment from day one, and a DPA with a short, published subprocessor list. When a client's security questionnaire lands on your desk, the trust pack is ready. The full security story is here.
Bring the first client. We will help you onboard it.
Start with the agency plan, or start free with three hosts and convert when ready. Either way, the first fleet takes an afternoon, not a quarter.
